Cancellation by the Tenant
Any cancellation must be communicated to the owner, either in writing, by email, or by telephone, after which it will be confirmed by the owner.
a) No charges will be incurred for cancellations made before 12:00 3 days prior to the reservation.
a) For cancellations made after 12:00 3 days prior to the arrival date, and in the event that the tenant has not arrived within the check-in times on the day of arrival without notice (also referred to as a no-show), the full amount will be charged.
c) If the stay is shortened, no refund will be given, except for any days following the 3-day cancellation period. To clarify: If, for example, the rental is for 5 days and the tenant indicates after 12:00 on the day after arrival that they wish to shorten the stay, only the amount for the last day will be refunded.
Cancellation by the Owner
If the owner cancels the stay before the start of the stay, he must notify the tenant in writing. The tenant will be immediately refunded the amounts paid, without prejudice to any claims for compensation. Furthermore, the owner will make every effort to suggest alternatives in the vicinity of Chambres d’hôtes “Auberg’Inn”.
